Prepaid Order Pick Up
Event Pre-Order: Pickup Policy & Terms
Thank you for your pre-order. This policy ensures your items are ready for you and outlines the process for collection.
1. Order Collection: Your pre-paid order is reserved for in-person collection at the Watch Call Coffee booth. Orders must be picked up during the specific event dates and operational hours listed on this form. Please be prepared to show your order confirmation email (printed or on your mobile device).
2. Uncollected Orders: Refunds will not be issued for orders that are not collected during the designated event. We have roasted, packaged, and transported your specific items exclusively for this event.
If you fail to collect your order, you must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours after the event concludes to arrange one of the following alternatives:
- A) Alternative Event Pickup: We can hold your order for collection at our next scheduled public event. Note: Orders will only be held until that next single event. If the order is not collected at that time, it will be considered forfeited (see Section 3).
- B) Shipping at Your Expense: We can ship the order to your address. You will be responsible for the full cost of shipping and handling. We will send a separate invoice for these charges, which must be paid in full before the order is dispatched.
3. Order Forfeiture: If you do not contact us within 48 hours following the event to arrange an alternative, or if you fail to collect your order at the “Alternative Event Pickup” (Section 2A), your order will be considered forfeited. The items will be returned to our inventory, and no refund or store credit will be issued.
4. Refunds & Exceptional Circumstances: We will only issue refunds for uncollected orders under the following exceptional circumstances:
- The entire event is officially cancelled by the venue or host.
- Watch Call Coffee fails to attend the event due to an error on our part.
- A verifiable error was made by us in processing or packing your order.
If you anticipate any difficulty or emergency that prevents you from collecting your order, please contact us at [email protected] before the event concludes so we can assist you.
All refunds, including those considered under exceptional circumstances, are issued at the sole discretion of Watch Call Coffee.
