At Watch Call Coffee, our goal is to provide an excellent product while supporting our correctional worker community. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If anything isn’t right, we are here to help.

The First Step: Contact Us

Before attempting to return any items, please email us at [email protected].

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your Order Number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo (if the item is visibly damaged or incorrect)

We will respond within 1-2 business days with the next steps.


Policy Details

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

We will make it right. We will replace the item at no cost to you or provide a full refund (including any shipping charges). If a return is necessary, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

2. Coffee Satisfaction

We cannot accept returns on opened coffee. However, we stand by our product. If you are not satisfied with the roast you selected, please email us. We value your feedback and will work with you on a solution, such as a store credit or a one-time replacement of a different roast.

3. Merchandise (Mugs, Coasters, etc.)

If you change your mind about a non-coffee item (mug, travel mug, coaster), you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund for the product’s purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
